Man pleads guilty to bomb charges (New Haven Register)

A Chinese national who was arrested Jan. 29 in the parking lot of a Wallingford pre-school with bomb-making materials in his vehicle pleaded guilty Friday to a series of charges related to the illegal possession of explosives.
